McKenzie Morris Needs Your Prayers!

We have posted an article just a few segments down on this site about the awesome healing God provides for Isaac Morris by delivering him from complications from Spina Bifida. Today I ask you to pray for his sister, McKenzie. McKenzie turned two years old last Saturday, May 17, 2008.  For over a month she has been very sick. She has been vomiting; she could not even drink water.  Jennifer, McKenzie’s mother, has noticed a regression in motor skills.

McKenzie was admitted to St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, MO on May 15 to find what was causing these symptoms. The doctors have told the family that McKenzie is suffering from a condition named Arnold-Chiari malformation. McKenzie is in surgery today to take out her C1 and C2 vertebras in her spine so her brain stem can work correctly.

The surgery is complicated and has great risk. Please pray that God will guide the surgeon and his team as they operate on McKenzie and that there will be no complications from the surgery. Please pray for complete healing for McKenzie.
